Client Stories

What they wanted
Daiichi Sankyo are dedicated to utilising new technologies to enhance communication with their employees, customers and patients. When launching a series of digital initiatives to their teams at their annual company event, Daiichi Sankyo wanted to use cutting edge technology to demonstrate the possibilities, engage with their staff and collect instant feedback on their thoughts and opinions.
What we delivered
Technology4Events worked with Daiichi Sankyo to develop and deliver an engaging plenary session about the role of technology in healthcare. MiThoughts was employed to help the presenters interact with the audience, enabling them to ask a series of questions and instantly view the thoughts and opinions of the audience. This information was then captured and utilised by Daiichi Sankyo to inform their future strategy.
What they thought
"Employees really enjoyed the interactive nature of the presentation that was facilitated by using the MiThoughts application. In addition, they were able to submit their own suggestions and opinions for the development of future programs within the organisation via the app. We were able to dispatch the employee contributions from this session electronically after the event and they were impressed with how their own selections and opinions from the MiThoughts session were visually represented. In a post event survey employees rated this session highly because they felt involved and were not just treated as the passive audience."

What they wanted
Chandler Chicco Companies were engaged by their client (a leading global pharmaceutical company) to deliver an innovative educational experience for health care professionals at a medical education symposium. They wanted to offer their client something different – a way of bringing the meeting to life for delegates through cutting edge technology.
What we delivered
Technology4Events took the branding and content developed by Chandler Chicco Companies and applied this to MiThoughts giving it a bespoke feel for their client. Delegates at the event were able to interact with the Faculty and check their understanding by answering a series of interactive questions about medical images through MiThoughts. This created an exciting and memorable learning experience for attendees.
What they thought
"This new form of audience participation truly wowed the audience and was really well received by both delegates and speakers alike. We were glad to be among the first to use groundbreaking technology and can see this being rolled out across all types of meetings."

What they wanted
Boehringer Ingelheim wanted to deliver an outstanding learning experience for UK Oncology Healthcare Professionals via a series of medical education workshops. Through a combination of a world class teaching faculty and innovative technology they aimed to make their meetings engaging, interactive and more aligned to the needs of their delegates.
What we delivered
Technology4Events worked with Boehringer Ingelheim to bring all seven of their workshops to life through the MiThoughts application. Delegates were able to view slides on the iPad as they were presented, take notes and answer interactive questions meaning their understanding of the educational information delivered was maximised.
By testing all content in advance and providing two technicians at each event, Technology4Events were able to give Boehringer Ingelheim the peace of mind to concentrate on other aspects of the meetings, safe in the knowledge that the interactive elements were taken care of.
What they thought
"The use of MiThoughts really helped the meetings to flow and encouraged much greater interaction than other mediums such as keypad voting. Once the speakers saw the capabilities of the technology they couldn’t wait for the next meeting so they could adapt their slides to bring even more functionality in!"
Steve Wright, Senior Brand Manager, Boehringer Ingelheim
